Okay, looking over these forums, I like what I see. But I have several suggestions.

If we want to use this forum as our new CC forum, then we need to go ahead and set it up for such use. I like the appearance of this forum more then our current one. So, why not go ahead and set up some forums and give it a try?

I would like to recommend the following forums...

Closed Door Polling (private to group members) - a place for our voting on anything. Be it voting for new leaders or which mission to undertake. Even voting on safe house locations. The idea is to have a private forum for only our team to vote. Sort of a designated polling location.

Council Chambers (private to the Council and Leader) - this would be the place for our leadership council to actually... oh I don't know... talk to each other about important decisions. It could be open to team members, but it wouldn't hurt to make it private to the leadership. It would be a good location for tribunal discussions.

War Room (private to group members) - this would be the specific forum for discussion of group tactics, locations to regroup or revive, etc. Basically, anything we don't want to expose to the general public.

Counter Intelegence (private to group members) - this would be a forum for discussing enemies. It would be private because some groups and players target people that "report" others. This would allow us to list names and id's for enemies we need to watch out for. That sort of thing.

Recruitment (already present) - forum for membership requests.

General (already present) - basic open discussions of anything off topic.

Mess Hall - Public discussions of battles and encounters. Tips for new members and non-members that would like some advice. Basicly a lounge area.

Suggestions - Like this message.

And of course our allies could be granted access to the private forums too. The idea is to keep certain parts of our planning confidential. That's all.

Most importantly of all. If we plan to have a forum for Urban Dead, we need to make use of it. Our squad's biggest weakness, as of now, is a lack of communication. Half of us don't know where to go or what to do. The idea of a team forum is to solve that very problem.

EDIT:
Just had something I wanted to add. With all the guys that keep needing revives, we should also have a revive request forum. Maybe even a private one for our team and allies. You could tell us where you are so we could... oh... I don't know... find you.

During battles, we could have dedicated threads. That way, you could post your location. And when we fix you, we could report that you were revived. Communication could save us many headaches... and many precious AP.

I already have some of that stuff, it's just hidden. I like the ideas, though. I'll get right on it.

Have you started adding our other team members to the usergroup yet? I notice there are some. Nutemo, Musicman3000, Heinzy, AfroNemesis... But I can't tell if they are in our user group or even need to be.

Also, have you considered makeing a seperate usergroup for any of our VGCSU allies that happen along? Red Mercury's the only one right now, but that could change if we make this a usable forum. Something worth while.

I'm going to make a usergroup for the Cats. I added the other members, too.
